The crisis of Foxism: The political economy of fiscal reform in Mexico
Greig Charnock
This report examines the first half of Vicente Fox’s term as president

Teela Sanders

demonstrate that passive revolution has not subsided, despite
democratisation of this newly industrialised country. Leaders continue
to offer temporary solutions, or trasformismo, to the workforce in a
continuing crisis of hegemony
