passwords is forbidden.

(4) All transmission of the electronic files to third parties

of material is permitted on the same basis as for photocopies
of the printed journal; that is, subject to the terms of
the CLA photocopying
licence in the UK, or in other countries of the equivalent
licence of copyright collecting agencies with reciprocal
